Eligibility and account responsibility

Account holders and purchasers must be 18 or over. You are responsible for account activity and for keeping your credentials secure.

Permission to upload content involving others

You are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to submit personal information, media, and other content involving other people.

Public-link sharing risk

Experience links can be shared by recipients. Password and schedule controls reduce access risk but are not absolute guarantees.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content, including non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, hate content, doxxing, impersonation, malware, or unauthorised access attempts.

Content ownership and licence

Creators and contributors retain the rights they hold in content they submit.

The Experience creator controls how approved submissions are arranged and shown within the Experience, but does not automatically acquire a contributor's underlying intellectual-property rights.

Users grant Surprise Together a limited licence to store, process, reproduce, adapt and deliver submitted content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Plans and purchases

• Free plan supports one active Experience with lower collaboration limits.
• One-time unlock costs £2.99 and applies to one selected Experience only.
• One-time unlock does not add active Experience capacity.
• Premium subscription renews until cancelled.

Archive and availability

Archived content remains stored. We do not promise uninterrupted service or lifetime hosting.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of .. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and publish a revised effective date when we do.
